INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR PERSONAL DATA FOR RECRUITMENT PURPOSES

The legal basis for the preparation of the following information is Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (the so-called "RODO"), especially Article 13 of the RODO.
- The administrator of the Personal Data provided by you is JNS LEGAL Jaskowiak Nadra Szwechłowicz general partnership with its registered office in Poznań - Garbary 51/5 Street, 61-869 Poznań, using the numbers: KRS: 0000711822; NIP: 7831770017, office@jns.legal (hereinafter as: "Administrator");
- We process your personal data - only if you provide it to us voluntarily yourself:
- by sending a message through the contact form, and/or
- by sending an email to office@jns.legal or any other email listed on the site.
- Provision of data to the extent specified in the provisions of the Labor Code (Article 22'1) is voluntary but necessary for recruitment. Provision of additional personal data is voluntary and requires your express consent, so please include the clauses indicated above in the body of your application, otherwise we will not be able to use this data (if provided);
- We process, or may process, your personal data for:
- to conduct correspondence by means of an e-mail form and/or e-mail addresses used by the Administrator (e.g. office@jns.legal and others) - in terms of ongoing contact, information about job offers and the recruitment process, responding to inquiries. The legal basis for data processing is the performance of a contract, or the performance of a service and activities aimed at concluding a contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the RODO);
- conducting the recruitment process. The legal basis for data processing is to take action at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the DPA) and to fulfill a legal obligation incumbent on the controller (Article 6(1)(c) of the DPA in conjunction with Article 22'1 of the Labor Code);
- to process complaints, to establish, investigate or defend against counterclaims. The legal basis for data processing is the legitimate interest of the Administrator (Article 6(1)(f) RODO);
- Recipients of personal data may be entities:
- providing services to support the recruitment and training process and the preparation of candidates for employment (while, as a rule, these services are carried out by the Administrator himself);
- providing and supporting the Administrator's ICT systems, including for the purpose of operating the portal;
- providing services related to the day-to-day operations of the Administrator;
- Your personal data will be processed and stored for a continuous recruitment period of no more than 3 months. If the basis for the processing of this data is consent - then the data will not be stored after the withdrawal of this consent, except in special cases indicated in the RODO;
- Within the limits of the law (including RODO), you have the right: (1) access to the content of your data, (2) rectification, (3) deletion, (4) restriction of their processing, (5) data portability, (6) withdrawal from the recruitment process. Exercise of the rights referred to above can be done by indicating your requests and sending them to the Administrator at the e-mail address: office@jns.legal;
- If you have any doubts about the processing of your personal data, you may contact the Administrator by email at office@jns.legal to request information. Notwithstanding the above, if you believe that the Administrator is processing your personal data in violation of the provisions of the RODO, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority - the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
