In his career, he has provided legal assistance to more than 350 business entities with a diverse business profile. He specializes in legal services for business - especially financial markets.
He also deals with cases that are unusual and so complex that their nature goes beyond standard legal consulting services. Due to functioning from the beginning of his career at the intersection of law and business, he is not afraid to go beyond the strictly legal framework of consulting.
His core specialties include factoring and disputes over assignment of receivables, handling capital market and financial institutions (factoring companies, leasing companies, loan companies, funds, banks), equity investments, financial fraud (fraud), commercial contracts, corporate conflicts, difficult debt collections requiring an out-of-the-box approach. He also takes care of corporate compliance (RODO, AML and other regulations).
