The Poznań City Council on February 5, 2019 passed a resolution to grant 75% discounts for the conversion of perpetual usufruct into ownership on land with residential development.
Thus, owners of legally enfranchised land previously owned by the City of Poznań will have the right to decide whether they will pay a one-time transformation fee and benefit from a 75% discount, or opt for twenty annual installments.
