# Bulk processes

By the term "mass litigation" we mean many (several hundred or even several thousand) similar cases involving the same legal relationship (e.g., one foreign currency loan agreement) or having at their origin the same event (e.g., mass acquisition of receivables from the seller).

Entities that are party to such lawsuits - both as an initiator (e.g., a debt company suing debtors from acquired holdings) and as a defender (e.g., a Bank sued for payment / invalidity of a CHF foreign currency loan agreement) are forced to pivot within the framework of mass litigation.

By contracting us to handle bulk processes, the customer gains:

• control over the (often chaotic in its structure) process of mass referral of claims;
• substantive handling of the case in a repetitive, professional manner, respecting the dissimilarities arising from different procedural constructions (e.g., the different nature of plaintiffs in franking cases - spouses, entrepreneurs, people who are actually entrepreneurs and pretend to be consumers);
