On 1.07.2021, the National Debtors Register was scheduled to start (but after postponements), about which we wrote in detail here. The Ministry of Justice has said that the IT system requires adjustments and additional time for implementation. Given the scale of the complexity of handling cases (mainly restructuring and bankruptcy cases) in the NCR, many entities requested the MS to postpone the law's entry into force. The MS listened to the requests and recommended to the Committee of the Council of Ministers for Digital Affairs to favor "postponement of the implementation of the NCR due to the need to build services that allow automatic exchange of information between the systems of different offices. So, to sum up - we are still waiting - let's hope this time for the final launch of the KRZ without further problems and postponements.
