Germany has finally done it. On 1.08.2022, the Free e-KRS (HRB) for German companies was launched, available here.
Thanks to this, you can already download extracts (abbreviated, full, chronological) of German companies listed in the HRB register without fees and without creating an account in the system.
The site is also available in English. The copy of the registry itself downloads only in German.
This information is undoubtedly most useful for those offering international factoring - as it will enable them to obtain information and write-offs for German customers (counterparties).
