Coronavirus pushes new JPK_VAT, CRBR filing, new VAT rate matrix.
Deadlines will be postponed due to the coronavirus, the Finance Ministry said on Twitter:
- From April 1 to July 1, 2020, the obligation to file a new JPK_VAT with the return;
- from April 13 to July 1, 2020 to report data to the Central Register of Real Beneficiaries;
- From April 1 to July 1, 2020, the application of the new VAT rate matrix (with minor exceptions).
The final confirmation of the entry into force of the aforementioned changes, however, will only be the passing of a law (the so-called Crisis Shield) in the legislative procedure, which is expected to take place, according to the announcement, later this March.
