May 17, 2023. The European Commission, as mandated to regularly adopt and update the list of high-risk third-country jurisdictions to include information from AML / CFT organizations and standard setters, has updated the list by adding two third-country jurisdictions to it: Nigeria i Republic of South Africa As well as removal from the list: Cambodia i Morocco.
The updated list will come into effect after scrutiny and no objection from the European Parliament and the Council.
