KSeF bill

1.12.2022 r. The MF has published a draft law on the National e-Invoicing System. According to it, the use of KSeF will become mandatory for VAT taxpayers from January 1, 2024.  The MF has sent the draft to public consultations, where factoring companies will have the opportunity to submit their comments on the draft until 23/12/2022. We believe that the involvement of the factoring industry will help shape the draft regulations in a way that takes into account the security of trade, and the legitimate interests of the factoring industry, as it is connected like few others with invoices and receivables.
