Prosta Joint Stock Company getting closer and closer! The RCL website has just published Regulation on the determination of templates for a simple joint stock company made available in the ICT system. The regulation contains, among other things, templates related to the conclusion of a contract, the establishment of bodies (Board of Directors, etc.), the exercise of powers, the granting of a proxy. As a reminder, the PSA regulations come into force on 1.07.2021, and theoretically it will already be possible to start doing business in the form of a new entity. Whether business will be ready for this (including financial institutions) - time will tell. We assume that there will be a lot of interest in start-ups, especially in the IT, new-tech industry, because the convenience of this form of business for such entities is attractive.
